3rd Party Tools

CPU Overclocking Related

CPU-Z:

The tool to check the CPU clock speed,Vcore, memory clocks and timings and speeds at which the buses on the motherboard are operating at.

RealTemp:

The tool to check the core temperatures of the CPU, especially when stress testing. Also you can check the VID of the CPU at operating multipliers.

Prime95:

The tool to check stability of your overclocked CPU and memory. Run Small FFTs test to check the CPU, Blend test to memory (and everything else).

GPU Overclocking Related

GPU-Z:

The tool to check the GPU clocks, GPU load, fan speeds and temperatures.

MSI Afterburner:

The tool to overclock the graphics card components (GPU and Memory). In addition to overclocking, it also  comes with monitoring utility that can show up status on the screen as well as on the LCD screen of supported keyboard, fan controller and screen/video capture utility that does not cap your game-play frame rate to recording frame-rate.

Heaven DX11 Benchmark:

Even though Heaven is primarily a benchmark tool, it comes with a stress tester to check your overclock is stable or not. Use the maximum graphics settings to make it very stressful for the GPU.

Note:

However, these days, the best way to stress test the graphics card is by actually playing the games. FarCry 3, Crysis 2 and Battlefield 3 are the best stress testers I've come to know. (They can crash the graphics driver even when Heaven and 3DMarlk11 don't.)

3DMark11 (free)

While 3DMark11is the most popular graphics card benchmarking utility, it cane also be used for stress testing your graphics card.

SSD Tools

AS SSD Benchmark:

(Intro courtesy of Filehippo.com)
With AS SSD Benchmark you can determine your SSD drive's performance by conducting several specific tests.

Test the sequential or random read/write performance without using the cache. AS SSD Benchmark reads/writes a 1 GByte file as well as randomly chosen 4K blocks. Additionally, it performs the tests using 1 or 64 threads and it determines the SSD's access time.

Two extra benchmark tests examine the drive's behaviour when (1) copying a few big files, a lot of small files and a mixture of file sizes by using cached copy functions of your OS as well as (2) reading/writing data depending on the data's compressibility.

CrystalDiskMark:

This tool is similar to AS SSD but measures read and write performance of sequential access, 512k and 4k random access at a queue depth of 1 and 4k random access at a queue depth of 32.
